Places to eat and drink

Below are some of our favourite spots to eat and drink in Weymouth and please feel free to take a picture of this page on your phone to have with you whilst you are out and about. If you see DF next to a venue, this means its dog friendly.

We do strongly suggest making reservations for restaurants during your stay as places do get booked up quickly.

Best places for a drink:

Our favourite spot to have a drink in Weymouth is down on the Harbour, when the sun is shining and you have G&T, beer or wine in your hand, it really starts to feel like a holiday! Nautico and Batida on the high street do great cocktails, along with The Nook on the Esplanade, The Black Dog & The Edinburgh have good live music over the weekends and The Doghouse micro pub has a great selection of local craft beers.

Fish and Chips:

One thing you must have when visiting the seaside, and we have tried our fair share so far, our top 3 places for Fish and Chips are:

Fish ‘N’ Fritz - 9 Market Street – DF (Take away area)
